Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING: Prices depend on where the item(s) is/are being shipped. These will be calculated during checkout. Please note that you may have to pay for customs charges
RETURNS: We allow 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item. Please note that all sales/clearance items are final and there is no return or exchange for these. Please be sure about your purchase before placing an order. All returns of full-priced items must have a return authorisation number before making the return.
To setup a return, use the "Let's Chat" widget at the bottom right of the screen. Include all relevant information, such as your name, your order number and reason for return to obtain a return authorisation. Any goods returned will not be accepted without an authorisation number. All original packing materials must be included, tags intact, and merchandise must be in new, resalable condition.
Customers are responsible for shipping items to Villains & I on all returns and exchanges. If the customer receives a damaged or defective item, get in touch immediately and we will refund the cost of the item(s), so long as the damage and/or defect hasn't been self-inflicted, whether intentionally or unintentionally by the customer to the item. If you decide to return an item for exchange or refund, then you are responsible for any shipping, customs duties and handling charges.
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way! As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.
